Roll-Call is not a commercial convention it is an invite only gathering of friends. As such, you don't book tickets but rather contribute to the cost of the facilities. Please understand that because of this we can not secure your spot until you have paid and we cannot give a refund if you change your mind. If we did we would be paying for an empty room out of our own pockets. Accommodation will cost £150 per head. If you are a couple you will be allocated a double room, if you are coming alone you will be allocated a bed in a twin room. Depending on how many people book we may be able to offer a partial refund to all who attend if we end up making more than the booking cost.

Access to  accommodation is from 4:30 pm on Thursday the 19th through to 09:30 am on Monday the 23rd of Nov 2026. Everything will be self catering with the exception of Friday night fish and chips! and possibly teas and coffees depending on how much money is left in the budget after fish and chips.
